     Ouch! Nobody likes to get a one star review, in fact anything less than 5 stars is upsetting for us. So, here’s our side of the story: Firstly, I printed, packaged and posted this order on the same day that the order was made and it left the UK promptly. All our international orders are sent via the Royal Mail International tracked service. Unfortunately I omitted to send a message to Stephanie with the tracking number and then the order got stuck in the system in the USA (the reasons for this are uncertain but are likely related to the pre-Christmas rush and possibly Covid absences?). After Stephanie emailed me I checked the tracking number and notified her that it was due to be delivered on that day (24th December). The next day I checked the tracking page again and it had actually been delivered the previous day. I contacted Stephanie again to check if this was the case and to my relief she responded saying: “Hi yes I got the print yesterday it’s beautiful thanks again and happy holidays!”
     If there are ever any delivery issues, and this does happen occasionally during busy periods, we will always go out of our way to sort things out asap. And now we always send out tracking numbers for international orders. For UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail First Class service – this doesn’t have the same sophisticated tracking but we can see when an order has been delivered or if a delivery attempt has been made.

   Fabulous print. It’s the 2nd one I’ve ordered and not disappointed at all. The quality is 100%.
