As soon as I became aware of the delivery problem (i.e. when Carl posted his review) I contacted Carl and sent out a replacement immediately which he received safely (along with the delayed original order). I always respond straight away to any delivery issues, without quibbling. Royal Mail is normally very good, but very occasionally items get stuck in the system.
